Tennis Geometrics Power V-Grip (aka Wonder Wedge):  Delivery

I bought two wedges:  one for each racquet.  I also bought the tape they sell to wrap the wedge to the racquet.  The products came in a small a box.  

It came with instructions, business cards, and the letter of approval for legal use of the wonder wedge by USTA and the ITF.

Cutting to Size

Depending on the size of your hand/palm, you will need to cut the wedge.   Based on the size of my hand, the instruction sheet says I needed to cut 1.25 inches.  It seems obvious and silly but you need to make sure that you cut the straight edge side vs. the beveled side as shown below.
